OUR MISSION

Our mission is basically the same as our first project-- which is to provide truly affordable retirement living.

Our past experiences here have taught us that we needed to keep the project small (only three to four units) so as to be managable and affordable for both the project owners and our tenants.

The direction and speed at which the world is changing suggests  that now, more than ever, people will be searching for a more cost effective way to live. It is not just a matter of day to day expenditures but accommodation costs as that can be the difference between enjoying your retirement or existing in your retirement!

When you are living on a limited budget the last thing you need is to be spending half or more of your income on a roof over your head! 

Panama stands out amongst the other Latin American countries.

This is why we still have a tremendous love for Panama and continue to live here.  In Panama, it is still possible to have low daily costs AND affordable rents!

In addition to affordability, Panama also has a fabulous climate, modern infrastructure and welcoming people.
